HOW DO I BOOK MY DECKCHAIR
You simply book online, you can choose a date and start time. On receipt of payment you will receive a booking confirmation via email confirming your reservation. This email will include access codes to your deckchair.
HOW DO I SET UP A DECKCHAIR
Stand the folded deckchair vertically with both folding arms pointing upwards.
Rotate the longer notched arm away from the frame.
Rotate the shorter arm towards the longer one and engage the horizontal bar in one of the notches..
Put the chair on the ground.
Adjust the seating angle ensuring the base rod is secured within safety catches
Time to sit back and relax
DO YOU TAKE A SECURITY / BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
You are responsible to return the deckchair into the allocated locker at the end of your hire period. The lockers are continually monitored and should the deckchair not be returned within the period or returned damaged an invoice will be issued and the £30.00 taken from your payment card. (Please refer to our terms and conditions policy for full details).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DECKCHAIR IS DAMAGED WHEN I COLLECT IT
All deckchairs are inspected prior to hire. However should you discover an issue with your deckchair on collection, this must be reported as soon as possible. This can be done via email, text, or via our online chat option on the Deckchair Hut website.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWED FOR A DECKCHAIR
All our deckchairs are fitted with safety catches to ensure self folding. Please ensure your deckchair is set up correctly. The maximum weight allowance for deckchair use is 110kg.
